I noticed a strange charge and ended up filing a dispute with avant. To their credit, they did look into it and it eventually got resolved, so I can’t really complain about the outcome. That said, the updates were slow and I had to call twice to get a better idea of what was going on. If it’s not super urgent, the process is probably okay, but if you’re stressed about a charge and want quick communication, it could definitely feel frustrating.

"I went into the Avant application…"
I went into the Avant application thinking it was going to be a whole headache. But then it was actually super simple. Like, surprisingly simple. The steps were clear, I wasn’t sitting there confused about what to click next, and I finished everything on my phone with no problems. I was ready to be annoyed, but nope, it ended up being smooth and not stressful at all.

"Polite support, but the process was frustrating"
I reached out to support with a question about my loan, and while the person I spoke with was polite, I felt like I got bounced around more than I should have. The replies also took longer than expected, which made the whole thing kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother and more helpful.

I’ve been using avant for a bit now and it’s been good so far. My account is easy to manage and I can find my payments and other info without having to search all over the place. Haven’t had any real problems with it, everything works like it supposed to. Makes keeping up with my stuff a lot easier
"Surprisingly painless ID check"
I had to verify my identity on avant and, it was quicker than I expected. I figured it might be one of those annoying processes that makes you question your life choices, but it only took a few minutes. I uploaded what they asked for, everything went through, and that was it. Not bad at all, especially for something involving identity verification...

"Pretty smooth, even if I still don’t totally love it"
I’ve been using avant to make payments, and it’s been smooth so far. I haven’t run into any weird delays, which is great, and the app lays things out clearly enough that I can keep track without stressing. That said, I still find myself not fully trusting apps like this, even though this one hasn’t really given me a reason to complain. Overall, it’s been easy and reliable, even if I’m weirdly still a little skeptical.

I’ve been using the Avant app more than the website lately, honestly. It opens quickly, and I can check my balance, payment date, and past payments without having to search all over the place.
Making a payment from my phone was simple too. So far I haven’t had any weird steps, glitches, or crashes, which I appreciate. It pretty much does what I need it to do.

The limit offer was actually good, but getting through the whole process felt like more work than it needed to be. I’m happy with the offer itself, I just wish it had been quicker and less of a hassle.

"I really appreciate that Avant made..."
I really appreciate that Avant made it easy to change my due date. My payday doesn’t always line up the same way every month, and I hate the thought of getting hit with a late fee or messing up my payment history over bad timing. Being able to adjust it without a hassle took a lot of stress off my plate. It was simple, quick, and a feature I’m glad I didn’t overlook.

"Accurate bills, but the updates dragged"
The bills were right every time, which I really appreciated. Then suddenly I’m sitting there like, why is this taking so long? The updates just felt slow sometimes, and that part got a little frustrating

I needed to close my account it was simple, really simple. It only took a few minutes, and support handled everything just fine. No back and forth, no hassle, no hassle.

"Surprisingly fair collections team"
I got a call about my late payment and, shockingly, it wasn’t a total nightmare. The person stayed calm, didn’t make me feel like I’d committed some unforgivable crime, and helped me set up a payment plan I could actually manage. So, credit where it’s due, they handled it fairly.

"I liked that Avant showed me…"
I liked that Avant showed me the loan terms before I had to agree to anything. The rate and monthly payments were right there, so I wasn’t totally guessing what I was getting into. I did have to reread some of the fee details because a few parts were kind of confusing to me, but I didn’t feel like anything was being hidden. Overall it was smooth, I just wish some of the wording was a little more plain and easier to understand.
"Sending my documents was straightforward"
I had to upload a couple documents for my avant application, it wasn’t as annoying as I expected. The site showed me what was still missing, so I just took pictures with my phone and sent them in. I mean, I figured it was better to get everything uploaded right away instead of dragging it out. I did wish the update came a little quicker, but overall the process was simple enough.

"Service is good, but the emails feel unnecessary"
I’ve had a good experience with the service overall, but lately the emails have been coming way too often. A couple of updates here and there is fine, but this many feels unnecessary.
